This service includes finding a suitable tenant, negotiating the best rent and terms, sourcing tenant referencing and completing all paperwork that is required, including a tenancy agreement. We also collect the first month’s rent and register the tenant’s deposit for you.
Fee – 75% + VAT of one months rent
Fully Managed
Choose full property management if you’d like a completely hassle-free let. In addition to our let-only service, we will handle all contact from your tenants, organise repairs and maintenance, and help ensure your property is being looked after by conducting regular inspections during the term of the tenancy.
Fee – 10% of monthly rent + VAT
